Concierge Care Program
When a 45-minute therapy session isn't cutting it, our CCP program might be what you're looking for.
Traditional child therapy includes a quick parent check in at the beginning or end of the session, but when your child is struggling with a new diagnosis, behavioral dysregulation, or trouble at school, this check in probably doesn't feel like enough support to generalize the work in the therapy room to the rest of your child's life.
It also doesn't include support for YOU as the parent.
When managing your child's mental health needs and advocating for their care starts to feel like a full-time job, our Concierge program is for you.

The Concierge Care Program is a monthly retainer program that includes:
Comprehensive onboarding and intake session
A specialized "point person" to ensure continuity and behavioral health support across all of your child's providers
4 play therapy sessions
2 parent coaching sessions
90 minutes of care collaboration (IEP meetings, school consultations, provider meetings, etc.)
Chat support in between sessions with Ellie: To get support AS things are happening throughout the week
Skills for home behavior support and sensory-based regulation strategies
Discounts on additional services booked that month
Additional flexibility in scheduling and waived cancellation fees

The Concierge program was designed for families with kids ages 3-10 struggling with behavioral dysregulation, significant anxiety, and school challenges.
Program Fees
CCP is an intensive and individualized clinical support program for families that includes both direct and indirect clinical support services per month. As such, the monthly retainer fee for this program is $1,500.
I understand this is a big investment for families.
In order to keep my caseload small and deliver the concierge style access to care this program is designed to offer, the program fees reflect the intensity and quality of care provided.
That said, you won't need this type of investment forever.
Although there is no guarantee of the time needed to meet treatment goals, many families find that after 2-3 months of the CCP program, they have the tools and skills they need to navigate their child's behavioral health needs with less support.
