Licensed Psychotherapist

Trained Sensory Motor Arousal and Regulation Therapist

Hi, I’m Ellie, a licensed psychotherapist with a background as a School Adjustment Counselor, classroom teacher, and Sensory Motor Arousal and Regulation Therapist. If you're here, it's likely because you're worried about your child — and you're not alone. Maybe school mornings are a battle, or you're getting phone calls about behavior that doesn’t seem to match the bright, caring kid you know at home. Perhaps your child is withdrawing, having huge emotional meltdowns, struggling with friendships, not sleeping, or struggling with anxiety.

I want you to know: there is nothing wrong with your child. No matter what has brought you here, your child’s behavior is communication and I’m here to help you figure out what they need. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, my work is focused on helping kids develop tools to regulate, connect, and thrive, while celebrating the way they naturally move through the world.
